Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has unveiled The Residences, its first-ever residential development within the newly announced Zabeel District, marking a pivotal step in the financial centre’s transformation into a fully integrated live-work-play destination.
Launched as part of Phase A of the DIFC Zabeel District expansion, The Residences represents the first residential offering within the master-planned district and a defining moment in DIFC’s long-term urban vision.
Strategically located at the heart of the Zabeel District, the development will sit alongside some of DIFC’s most anticipated cultural, innovation and lifestyle assets, including a first-of-its-kind Art Pavilion, the restored Zabeel Stables—set to feature curated boutique retail and destination dining—as well as the world’s largest Innovation Hub and a purpose-built AI Campus.
Developed and managed by DIFC Developments, The Residences reflects DIFC’s globally recognised standards of quality, design and governance.
