Following the strong global response to the world’s first tri-fold smartphone, Huawei has announced the UAE pre-order availability of the HUAWEI Mate XT ULTIMATE DESIGN in a new White edition, combining advanced foldable engineering with refined luxury aesthetics.
The new White variant features premium vegan leather paired with signature gold accents, offering a clean yet commanding look that enhances the Mate XT’s futuristic design language.
Pre-orders for the 1TB storage variant will begin on 29 December via Huawei’s official website, priced at AED 9,999, reduced from the original AED 12,999. Customers who pre-order will also receive a complimentary foldable keyboard worth AED 499, available for a limited time.

The White edition introduces a softer, more refined visual identity to the Mate XT. The rear panel is crafted from durable white vegan leather, delivering a smooth tactile feel while maintaining long-term resilience.
At the centre of the design is Huawei’s distinctive Eonic Curves camera ring, accented with a folded marble-vein texture. This unique finish is created through an intricate process involving 80 layers of metallic sheets, forged and polished to form a one-of-a-kind pattern that reinforces the device’s premium positioning.

When fully unfolded, the HUAWEI Mate XT features a 10.2-inch display, making it the largest smartphone screen currently available. Its innovative hinge allows the device to fold both inward and outward simultaneously, enabling three flexible usage modes:
